Who we are

Miami Paver Co. is a trade name of Terragroupe, LLC. In this policy, "we" means Terragroupe, LLC.

What we collect today

This site has no request form and no phone line yet, so we do not collect your name, phone number or address. It sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts.

• The Paver Plan Check: it shows rules for the city you pick. It does not ask for your name or phone number.
• The other calculators on this site work the same way: your answers appear in the web address of the results page, and they do not ask for your name or phone number.
• Server logs: our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., may keep standard logs of each request, such as IP address, browser type and the web address requested (which includes any tool answers in it).

When requests open

Requests will open only once a local installer is in place. This policy will be updated, with a new date, before that happens. It will then cover:

• Calls: your phone number, what you say, the call recording and a transcript of it. Calls will be recorded and transcribed, a notice will play when the call connects, and you will be able to talk without recording.
• Voicemail: the message you leave and your phone number.
• Requests: your name, phone number, address or ZIP code, and your consent to be contacted.
• Who gets your request: one local installer, only with your consent.

What we do with it

• To improve this site and its facts.
• For security, to prevent fraud, and to meet legal duties.
• Once requests open: to answer your request, keep a record of what you asked for and agreed to, check quality, settle disputes, and check that partners follow their agreements with us.

Payment disputes

This site takes no payments. If a payment linked to a request through this site is ever disputed, we may use the record of your request, the call log and the record of what you agreed to in order to answer the dispute.

We never send call audio to card networks.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send your request to several companies. This site does not run advertising or analytics scripts.

How long we keep it

We keep no personal information of our own today. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for the period its service sets. Retention periods for calls, transcripts and requests will be set out here before they open.

Records under a dispute or legal hold are kept until it closes, plus 90 days.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, as far as the law allows. A contact channel for these requests will be listed on the contact page when it opens.

We honor deletion requests as a matter of policy. We may ask you to confirm that the request is yours.

The exceptions are records that we must keep by law or by contract, and records under a dispute or legal hold. We delete those records once the reason to keep them ends.

Backups roll off within 35 days. If a backup is ever restored, your deletion is carried out again.

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we change the Updated date at the top of this page.
