Who we are
Miami Paver Co. is a trade name of Terragroupe, LLC. In this policy, "we" means Terragroupe, LLC.
Where things stand
No customer reviews appear on this site today. When reviews do appear, this page tells you how they are collected and shown.
Where reviews will appear
Reviews of the installer will be shown, if at all, as a link to the installer's own Google reviews or as a labeled copy of them. A label names the business that was reviewed and the site where the review was posted. We do not blend reviews of different businesses into one score.
How we ask for reviews
When jobs start, we plan to ask every customer whose job is complete. Everyone gets the same message on the same schedule. We do not pick who is asked based on how the job went, and we do not ask only the happy customers.
No rewards
We do not pay for reviews. We do not give discounts, gifts or prize entries in return for one. We never ask for a particular opinion, good or bad 1.
People who are left out
We do not ask for reviews from anyone with a tie to the business, and we do not show them. That includes owners, managers, employees, contractors, the workers who do the job, the installer's owners, and close relatives of any of them. If someone with such a tie posts a review anyway, we do not use it.
What we show and what we remove
We show every review that meets the same few rules, whether it is kind or harsh. We remove a review only if it is clearly false or fake, is about a different business, shares private information, is abusive, or breaks the rules of the site that hosts it. The tone or the star count never decides.
If we ever show only some of the reviews, we say so and say how they were chosen.
Our relationship with the installer
A brand that recommends an installer may be paid by that installer. When that applies, we say so right next to the recommendation.
The wording is: "Miami Paver Co. is paid by the installer when you hire it through this site."
Report a review
If you think a review is false, tell us through the channel listed on the contact page once it opens. The same rules are used for every report.
